leia top I initially stopped in to Velvet Lush in mid December to look for a Christmas gift for my mom. The prices were surprisingly reasonable despite the high quality of the clothing, which surprised me in the most pleasant of ways. Although I didn't end up finding anything for my mom, I (quite selfishly) found myself the most elegant and unique paisley blouse. It featured long billowing sleeves, a smocked bust, and a single layer of outward facing ruffles on the shoulders. I put it back on the rack, but then found myself daydreaming about it for weeks, so I found myself returning, trying it on again, and purchasing it.
Donning this garment in the morning honestly gives me a huge boost of confidence and adds an unmistakable verve to my constitution. It also seems to hark back to a bygone error, one of poise, class, and style.
Tiffany, the shop owner was so helpful in answering my questions and giving me her opinion on the pieces I tried on as I stepped out of the fitting room. She's also working on adding a cafe element to the store, so customers can savor a coffee or tea while shopping. I'll definitely be back for more.
