Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. 

  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount. 
  • ALL international orders are FINAL SALE
*Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

We hope that the quality of our product will withstand all of life’s adventures, however, should your Velvet Lush piece need repair within 30 days of purchase, we will repair your piece free of charge.

You may contact velvetlushonline@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the piece needing service. For jewelry past 30 days of receipt, additional fees will apply (including but not limited to shipping fees, additional costs pertaining to your repair such as a missing diamond or a remake of a necklace). All additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your repair’s completion. 

PLEASE NOTE: Repairs have a processing time of 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of repair required for your Baby Gold jewelry. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times. Items that are international orders, lost, altered or repaired outside of Velvet Lush will result in voided warranty.

By providing your phone number during checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing through opt-in forms where a phone number is provided, or texting a keyword phrase, you are giving us consent to send you text messages.
